1. ALL Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE but may be transferred one time only.

Full Payment is required before leaving your appointment.

Please Come to your appointment prepared!

Cash, nor cash app is accepted.

Card transaction will include processing fee added to final bill *.

2. please be sure to have your hair clean when coming to your appointment.
Hair must be Shampooed within 24-48 hours before or on the day of your appointment. If you cannot shampoo your hair before your appointment, please plan to pay for the additional time to include the shampoo, or please reschedule your appointment.

3. IF YOU ARE SICK, PLEASE RESCHEDULE.
IF YOU ARE EXHIBITING ANY SIGNS OF ILLNESS DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO RESCHEDULED.

4. Appointment reminders are issued by email/text 48 hours before your appointment and by text 24 hours before. The fee for appointments canceled with less than 48-hours notice is equal to the cost of the service which will be charged to the card on file.

 

5. ALL Deposit paid towards Establishments that are Rescheduled or Canceled with less than a (1) Week notice will be Forfeited (NON-REFUNDED)
