• Service times may be longer due to length, density, or tangling (please come detangled) 

• Arriving 15 minutes late WITHOUT prior notice may lead to rescheduling.

• Walk ins are not accepted. Booking is done online ONLY ; 24/7 for your convenience.

• For your comfort & their safety, NO CHILDREN are allowed unless receiving services.

• Non-refundable deposit of $25 is required for all services listed under braids and Twists with hair added. If deposit is not received appointment will be cancelled.  

• Service prices are subject to change without prior notice

 

cancellations 

 

• I ask that all cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

• any client failing to provide a 24 hour cancellation notice will be required to pay a $50 cancellation fee which will be due before a new appointment is scheduled. 

• Any client that is a no call no show will be required to pay a $75 fee which will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.

• Sisterlocks™ and Interlocks require a consultation prior to service being performed. After-which a deposit will be required to hold Establishment Appointment.

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone not complying to the salon policies.
